Today we left Mystic CT and drove 240 miles through Massachusetts, New Hampshire (just across the end of the state by the coast) and into Maine.  The weather is beautiful - warm days and cool nights.  We had switched from shorts to jeans in Pennsylvania because it was cool there but warm enough for shorts here. We are at the Freeport/Durham KOA in Maine.  We were here early enough to do our laundry this afternoon (how exciting!).  Tomorrow we plan to visit L.L. Bean and a Walmart to restock some essentials like Diet Coke!  We have seen some fall colors starting to show and expect to see more. The picture of the bridge is crossing into Maine.
