Acadia Again

Today we took the shuttle again and explored some more of Acadia National Park.  We spent more time at Jordan Pond and the Jordan Pond House which is known for its popovers.  It is very popular so we did not wait to eat there but picked up some sandwiches and ate on their observation deck (beautiful views).  The day started a little cool at 50 degrees but with clear skies and sunshine the temperature rose to the 70s by afternoon. We had time to walk down to the pond and the paths. We also went to Northeast Harbor and checked some shops in the village and the harbor.  Because of the Pope's visit we are staying in the north a little longer.
